Georgette James, founder of Clynice Travel & Tourism Consulting, is a Certified Public Accountant turned travel & tourism specialist. Worked with a range of industry clients on projects involving research, market analysis and product development.

In addition to having contributed to the NYU-ATA-Africa Development Bank Africa Tourism Monitor since 2012, Georgette also conducted research for ATA on membership organizations working in the Africa tourism industry.  In a joint partnership, she contributed on research towards environmental implication of hotel development growth in China. Most recently, she conducted a strategic analysis of leading mainstream and travel media coverage of the world's top destinations.

Georgette graduated from Columbia University with a Master’s degree in International Affairs, University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and New York University with a Graduate Certificate in Tourism Management. Mostly recently, shereceived a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) by American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.  Georgette is an avid traveler and ardent about geographic literacy and world affairs.
