This panel will explore the well-known and perhaps unexpected career opportunities in the growing global travel sector.  An attendee can expect greater insight into: strategies for breaking into the field; climbing the career ladder into management and leadership; uncovering tomorrow's opportunities; how the field is being reshaped by globalization, technology and cultural convergence; and making the most of passion in both the large organization and in the entrepreneurial space.

Pathfinder Consults, presented in partnership with Young Travel Professionals, is an opportunity for attendees to interact with professionals already working in the travel industry.  In these one-on-one appointments, you’ll have the chance to talk with our Pathfinders about possible career paths, picking their brains on what might be the best fit for you, as well as getting a jumpstart on making contacts in the industry.

Note: If at any time during the Festival, you see a Pathfinder who is not in a meeting, please feel free to join them. If someone is more than 5 minutes late to their meeting, their appointment will be cancelled.
